Work currently being worked on this week!

As a part of my new year I am going to be sharing my art work here for everyone to see as I work on it! Once the work is completed I will add it to the Gallery for everyone to see!

Right now I am working on three oil paintings including a portrait of my daughter that was commissioned by my mother, a Madonna, and a personal piece exploring the feminine body.

In Christian art a painting of the Virgin Mary was often called a Madonna. This is my own personal version I felt called to paint in oils.

This is a commission my mother has requested of my daughter. It is currently the largest painting I am working on.

An oil painting that I have almost finished. I did this similarly to the oil painting Divinity where I used a gradient on the body instead of more natural colors.
